With my flexible approach, I can accommodate various scheduling preferences. The EMDR Intensive Therapy can be conducted in two different ways:
Multiple Consecutive Days: This option involves consecutive days of therapy, ranging from 4-6 hours per day. By dedicating uninterrupted time to the therapeutic process, we can delve deep into the work, accelerating your progress and promoting transformative change.
Ongoing Clusters: Alternatively, I offer the option of organizing therapy sessions in 3-hour clusters. These clusters can be scheduled to suit your availability and allow for ongoing treatment while still achieving the benefits of an intensive approach.

What is EMDR Therapy?
