I am a highly experienced trauma specialist driven to help clients heal and therapists grow. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, an EMDRIA-Approved Consultant, and a provider of EMDR Basic Training. I specialize in treating complex trauma through EMDR intensive therapy where I work with one client for 20-30 hours over the course of 4-5 days.

Intensive therapy targets underlying beliefs that lead to unwanted behaviors, feelings, and body sensations. My goal is symptom resolution.

We work collaboratively to create a blueprint for our work. I am goal-oriented and assume responsibility for staying on track.
